Recommendation

No objection to the issuance of a permit for modifications to the rear of an existing house, including the demolition and replacement of the rear facade with eight aluminum-clad windows, one door, fiber cement siding, a new drain pipe, and exterior lighting, as well as the construction of a new backup retaining wall and wood stairs and the installation of replacement brick paving on the existing basement concrete stairs, as shown in materials received and dated 14 November 2025 and supplemental materials received and dated 17 December 2025, PROVIDED that all tree roots with a diameter greater than two inches be avoided, whether the trees are on the subject property or on an adjacent property, and pending the receipt of supplemental materials.
