No objection to the issuance of a permit for the installation of a replacement retaining wall along a driveway that accesses a previously reviewed two-story garage with accessory uses, currently under construction, as well as modifications to the existing landscape, including the installation of new stone-clad retaining walls, terraces, pathways, exterior lighting fixtures, a fountain, vegetable beds, trees, shrubs, and ground covers, as shown in materials received and dated 14 November 2025, PROVIDED that all tree roots with a diameter greater than two inches be avoided, whether the trees are on the subject property or on an adjacent property, and pending the receipt of supplemental materials.
