No objection to concept design for rear addition, lower grade at front yard for basement addition, siding replacement, per supplemental materials received 23 January 2026, PROVIDED the applicant centers the door on window above and the fixed window is not as wide or it is just a single door to match the upper sash of the windows above; the applicant provides photos of the interior, particularly the stair; and the applicant provide photos of the structure in the rear yard. File permit submission at DOB with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission.
