No objection to issuance of permit for replacement of two 9/9 double-glazed wood windows at the first floor of the front façade, per supplemental materials received 23 January 2026, which indicate the new windows would be double-glazed wood windows to match the new windows from 2023. Wood jamb liners must be installed on the new windows, as well as the windows installed in 2023. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
