No objection to concept design for alterations at rooftop deck that fronts 31st Street, per supplemental materials received 26 January 2026, PROVIDED the walls are lowered to be below the parapet cap of the northern building, the fabric panels on the roof are eliminated, and the faux plants are removed. Recommend wood architectural wall with sound insulation, and floor tile that resembles wood or stone. File permit submission at DOB with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission.
