No objection to issuance of permit for Book Hill Park alterations, per the supplemental plans received 3 February 2026, which include final signage plans specific to the park; additional context to clarify the handrail photo is located in front of the library and not in the project area; a detail for the proposed handrails that shows how they would be installed within the existing stair treads; the fence, bollards, bike racks, handrails, and other appurtenances are all same color (black); and corrections to typos. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
