No objection to concept design for reconfiguration of stoop from side-facing to street-facing, per supplemental materials received 3 February 2026, PROVIDED the existing stone sill and pilasters are retained, the bluestone treads are nominal 3” thick, and the existing penetrations in the masonry for the south side of the new railing are reused and north side penetrations are made at masonry joints. File permit submission at DOB with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission.
