No objection to issuance of permit for various minor alterations at front, per supplemental materials received 5 March 2026, which indicate the existing front door is damaged beyond repair and the replacement front door would match the design of the existing so the panels would align with the corresponding jamb panels; the mail slot and knocker are reused on the replacement door; the middle rails of the proposed shutters align with the sashes of each corresponding window; the north elevation is also repainted; and the gate installed under the front stoop without review would be removed. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
