No objection to issuance of permit for existing streatery for Cafe Tulum, per supplemental materials received 10 March 2026, PROVIDED the existing non-compliant components are removed such as the roof, lights, posts, and signage; the decking is painted gray to comply with the Old Georgetown Board's streatery guidelines and is confirmed to be removable to clean out debris; and any plants in the planter must be live. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
