No objection to concept design for the renovation of Building 76 located on the Washington Navy Yard, per materials received 2 April 2026. This proposal would include the renovation of Building 76, which was most recently used as the National Museum of the U.S. Navy, into a museum support facility. Scope includes upgrading all mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, interior space reconfiguration, and exterior refurbishment.
