No objection to issuance of permit to replace roofing, flashing, gutters, and downspouts, per supplemental materials received _ May 2026, PROVIDED the copper panels on the back of the gable pediment are replaced in kind and the applicant include documentation of the type and location of the existing gutters and downspouts to be replaced in kind. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
