No objection to issuance of permit to convert the cellar into an apartment unit with basement window wells, per supplemental materials 4 May 2026, which indicate per the Old Georgetown Board's direction that windows DW-1-07 and DW 2-06 would not be bricked in. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
