No objection to concept design to replace storefront and alter window, per supplemental materials received 14 April 2026, PROVIDED the applicant pursue the option depicted on A400, Detail 10, with a single door with side lites but with solid mullions at the corners below the transoms instead of butt glazing and none of the Dekton kneewall options are supported and painted wood or metal are preferred instead. File permit submission at DOB with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission.
