No objection to issuance of permit to replace roof, per the supplemental materials received _ May 2026, PROVIDED the entire gable roof is replaced in kind with slate; if the cladding on the dormers, including their side walls and cheeks, are replaced it should be with the same slate proposed on the roof; if any gutters and downspouts are to be replaced the applicant must provide plans and show they must be round; and the applicant provide standard flashing details. Asphalt shingles are not recommended. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
