No objection to final design for reconstruction of the Sacred Soil Marker, per materials received 4 June 2026. Materials indicate that the original 1929 concrete marker deteriorated beyond repair and was removed in 1938; the new marker will match the old in design and dimensions but be made of limestone, in compliance with current cemetery standards. Refer to Virginia Department of Historic Resources.
