Recommendation
No objection to final design for rehabilitation of Building 157 for office use, per materials received 4 June 2026. Scope of work includes full window replacement, MEP modernization, a new elevator, a barrier-free access ramp, and bioretention planters. Materials indicate proposal is consistent with the Washington Navy Yard Master Plan, which calls for adaptive reuse of Building 157 (currently vacant). Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office.
