No objection to concept design for alterations to convert commercial to residential units, per supplemental materials received 22 May 2026, PROVIDED Option 1 is used for the dormer design, rooftop terraces are made smaller with a 2-to-1 setback, the window lite configuration is more cohesive on all openings, doors are all solid with transoms, and no staining or painting happens on brick. File design-development submission at DOB with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission. A mockup will also need to be reviewed by the OGB during the approval process.
