No objection to issuance of permit for 33 rooftop solar panels, per the mock up completed 25 February 2026 and supplemental plans received 19 May 2026, which indicate that no panels would be visible from public space; an AC PV disconnect is not installed on the exterior of the south elevation toward the building face; the conduit on the rear elevation is installed as inconspicuously as possible; and the existing HVAC lines installed in 2025 on the south elevation toward the building front either are painted to match the color of the existing wall. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
