No objection to issuance of permit for non-illuminated, pin-mounted letter sign on the projecting bay, as well as vinyl letters on the door, for Suit Shop, per supplemental materials received 1 June 2026, which indicate the hanging sign was removed from the scope, and the wall sign is installed at the mortar joints. No other vinyl signage shall be installed. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
