No objection to issuance of permit for an illuminated wall sign reading "Flavor Hive," per supplemental materials received 8 June 2026, which indicate that the letters will be installed on a back board, PROVIDED all penetrations are at the mortar joints, and the sign is not installed any higher than brick soldier course over the adjacent storefront window. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
