No objection to issuance of permit to remove signage, masonry repairs, paint cast stone band black with reversible limewash, paint trim black, and replace lights, per materials received 9 June 2026. The stone band cannot be painted, and no signage has been reviewed and recommended for approval as part of this application. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
