No objection to revised concept design for the construction of single-family house on vacant lot, per supplemental materials received 28 May 2026, PROVIDED all windows are to be true divided lite wood; the applicant reconsiders the proposed “porkchop” eave returns on the rear block; the applicant salvage the brick on the existing retaining wall to be reused in its replacement; the applicant consider a single lite at the front door; the applicant improve the chimney cap designs; and the applicant study the potential catchment area in the middle block. File permit submission at DOB with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission.
