No objection to the issuance of a permit for a basement renovation at an existing rowhouse, including the installation of replacement windows and doors, the enlargement of two window openings, a new window well on the front facade, and replacement steps to allow for a lowered slab and expanded landing, as shown in materials received and dated 4 September 2026, pending the receipt of supplemental materials.
