No objection to issuance of permit for a reverse channel lit sign for Pop Mart, per supplemental materials received 8 September 2026, which show the letters are moved to the front of the raceway; the sides of the letters are opaque; and the sign is centered over the door. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
