AGENDA ITEM EXHIBIT: No objection to the concept for the proposed rear addition as shown in drawings received and dated 6 June 2003. The resulting design is respectful of the historic building while creating a dialogue with the larger surrounding structures. The staff is available for guidance during the further development of the project. File new submission of working drawings, including site plan, elevations and details, with permit application for review by the Commission when ready.
