New memorial -- Temporary installation of canvas banner and wayside exhibit

No objection to the proposed temporary installation of a canvas banner on the main sculpture wall until the final bronze sculpture is installed, and to the proposed temporary installation of one small interpretive wayside exhibit on the platform in front of the sculpture wall, as shown in materials received and dated 2 April 2020, with the recommendation that the wayside exhibit be located near the south end of the sculpture wall instead of centered as proposed.
