No objection to revised final design for the renovation of and additions to Malcolm X Elementary School and its associated landscape, per materials received 14 January 2025, pending receipt of revised construction drawings. Revisions include removal of two bays from the projecting classroom bay on the southeast side and shifting of the outdoor terrace on the second floor from above the entrance to the classroom bay. Design is consistent with the approved final design. Please coordinate submission of revised construction drawings and artwork submission with the staff when ready.
