Dear Ms. Cooper:
The staff of the Commission of Fine Arts has reviewed the final design submission from the D.C. Public Library for the Mount Pleasant Neighborhood Library. The final design conforms to the approved concept design and therefore the staff has no objections to the final plans.
With the authority delegated by the Commission at its meeting of 17 September 2009, we approve the final submission for this project as documented in the drawings and materials received and dated 20 July 2010. As always, the staff is available to assist you with future submissions.
