Dear Ms. Cahill:
The staff of the Commission of Fine Arts has reviewed the final construction documents for the new Combined Heat and Power Component of the Biosolids Management Program at the Blue Plains Advanced Wastewater Treatment Plant. The staff has no objections to the final plans for this project.
With the authority delegated by the Commission at its meeting of 21 June 2012, we approve the final plans for the Combined Heat and Power Component project, as documented in the materials received and dated 28 December 2012. If there are any additional changes please contact the staff to determine if additional review will be required. As always, the staff is available to assist you with future submissions.
