Dear Dr. Jackson:
During its meeting of 17 March 2005, the Commission reviewed and approved the proposed final design for the replacement of the Watha T. Daniel/Shaw Branch Library located at 1701 8th Street, NW. The revised design responds to previous comments and is improved within the limits created by the site.
Any future additional changes to the design should submitted to the Commission for review. The Commission looks forward to the review of other projects for the District of Columbia Public Libraries. The staff is always available to assist you.
