Dear Mr. Delfs,
The staff of the Commission of Fine Arts has reviewed the final design of the proposed Barracks Row mural on the Southeast Freeway Bridge at 8th Street, SE. The staff has no objections to final design for this project.
With the authority delegated by the Commission at its meeting of 29 October 2010, we approve the final submission of the mural design for the Southeast Freeway Bridge at 8th Street, SE as documented in the photographs and materials received and dated 17 February 2011. If there are any additional changes please contact the staff to determine if additional review will be required. As always, the staff is available to assist you with future submissions.
