No objection to the final plans for Phase 2 of the Central Utility Plant (CUP2) for the St. Elizabeths Center Building. Project includes the construction of a primarily below grade expansion of the Central Utility Plant, additional cooling towers adjacent to the existing cooling towers at the Parking Garage, and new landscaping and site work associated with the project, as shown in materials received and dated 2 September 2015.
