Recommendation

No objection to the final plans for the temporary installation of a kitchen trailer, multi-purpose "bubble" tent, modular toilet, accessible walkways, playgrounds, and security fencing to create swing space while Smothers Elementary School and other schools in Ward 7 are being modernized, as shown in materials received and dated 7 May 2020. It is understood that this temporary facility will be removed when the DC Public Schools finishes using it as a swing site. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office.
