No objection to the concept design for the renovation of the Herb Garden at the U.S. National Arboretum, as shown in materials received and dated 3 July 2013. The work will include removing and replacing wood components on existing benches; removing and replacing brick pavers; modifying the irrigation system; removing the existing shed and replacing with new; removing and replacing trellis, fencing, and gates; enlarging the enclosed fenced work yard; and removing the existing gravel access road and replacing with a new porous paving access road from Meadow Road.
