Dear Mr. Jackson:
During its meeting of 18 November 2004, the Commission reviewed and approved the proposed concept for the replacement building for the Anacostia Branch Library located at 1800 Good Hope Road, SE. The revised design responds to previous comments and is somewhat improved within the limits created by the site.
The final design should be submitted for review when ready. The Commission looks forward to the future review of this and other projects for the District of Columbia Public Libraries. Our next meeting is scheduled for Tuesday the 25th of January 2005, with a submission deadline on the 6th of January. The staff is always available to assist you.
