No objection to the rehabilitation of the Eastside Interceptor Sewer line that runs through the U.S. National Arboretum, as shown in materials received and dated 4 October 2007, including the installation of a new diversion sewer line to cross Hickey Run Creek provided disturbed areas are restored to a condition similar to what was existing before construction.
