In its meeting of 18 September, the Commission of Fine Arts approved, based on its prior review of the submission materials, the concept design for a new three-story school building and site modifications (Phase I), and for the renovation of the existing building (Phase II), on the Draper Public School property, located at 908 Wahler Place, SE, for the non-profit organization Building Hope to house the Achievement Prep Academy, a charter middle school run by the Charter School Incubator Initiative.
Please coordinate the next submission with the staff which, as always, is available to assist you.
