No objection to the proposed revisions and updates to the Master Plan for Francis Field, as shown in materials received and dated 4 March 2020. Updates are reflective of current conditions and are consistent with the intention of the original master plan that was reviewed and approved in January 2009, and with the park's landscape design that was reviewed and approved in September 2009.
