Recommendation
The Commission regrets that the front stair was rebuilt prior to review. No objection to the new replacement stair, as shown in materials received and dated 17 November 2011, provided treads and landing are not painted, remaining wood is painted the color of the house trim, and that a chain or pipe rail is used along the western property line.
