At the beginning of its meeting of 20 June, the Commission of Fine Arts, based on its prior review of the submission materials, approved the final design for a new mixed–use building in Square 37, located at 23rd and L Streets, NW, that will include a new library facility to replace the existing West End Neighborhood Public Library.
The Commission appreciates the responsiveness to its previous comments on the design. Please coordinate the review of the permit submission with the staff which, as always, is available to assist you.
