The Commission regrets that the trailer was installed prior to review and without a permit. No objection to issuance of permit for existing temporary trailer to be dismantled no later than August 2009. Recommend picket railing retro-fitted into historic cast iron railing be removed and replaced with rails and hardware cloth to match original. Request that all other additional work be submitted for review prior to starting construction. Refer to the Historic Preservation Review Board.
