No objection to: the installation of a new ADA compliant inclined stair lift at area way entrance to the sub-terrace level; the repair of the terrace waterproofing, the replacement of the five small windows on the south elevation to match other existing windows, and other exterior building repairs including, not limited to, chalking, painting and repointing, as shown in materials received and dated 8 January 2009.
