No objection to concept development for proposed revision to approved design for facade of new Eagle Building currently under construction, as shown in Option A of supplemental drawings received and dated 25 February 2003, which indicate limestone cladding on west side of entrance to match height of main block of new building. Supplemental drawings also indicate glass garage door for Bank Street. File new submission of working drawings, including dimensions, details and material samples, with application for revision to permit for review by the Commission when ready.
