No objection to issuance of permit for proposed third floor addition as shown in supplemental drawings received and dated 16 July 2003. New portico over entrance door was NOT approved and has been deleted. Supplemental drawings indicate an iron fence and gate no taller than 3'-0" along property line on front yard. Mechanical equipment and utility meters will be located where they are not visible from public thoroughfare. Working drawings conform to approved concept. See previous Recommendation (OG 03-124). Note is made that permit application is pending final zoning review. Any modifications to the approved design as a result of further review in the permit process must be submitted to the Commission for approval.
