No objection to issuance of permit for proposed excavation of basement and underpinning of walls, all of which is work below grade. Proposed work conforms with proposed alterations for the Georgetown University Alumni House which received prior concept approval. See previous Recommendation (OG 03-88). Disturbed sidewalk surfaces, if any, will match existing conditions after work is completed.
