No objection to issuance of permit for proposed single garage door that will replicate previous conditions during the Kennedy residency, for proposed repairs and for replacement of wood railing with metal railing at roof deck. Approval does not include reconstruction of stone wall, as further study is needed to determine extent and approach of repair work. Working drawings conform to approved concept. See previous Recommendation (OG 04-264). File separate submission of detailed plans for restoration of stone wall indicating extent of demolition, after exploratory study of wall stability, with permit application for review by the Commission prior to any excavation work behind the wall.
