Recommendation
No objection to issuance of Public Space permit for proposed replacement of front brick stoop with metal stair; and to issuance of permit for proposed replacement front door, replacement 6-ft high vertical board fence and gate at rear, and new shed, as shown in supplemental drawings dated 13 June 2007 which indicate height of shed reduced to 10-ft high. Note: Because the application is pending final zoning review, any subsequent modifications to the approved design must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval.
