No objection to issuance of permit for proposed retaining wall and 7-ft high wood board fence as shown in supplemental drawings dated 25 April 2007, in coordination with future construction at rear, which received prior approval under case OG 07-033. 20-ft high metal poles to support bamboo plants are deleted from this permit application. Note: Because application is pending final zoning review, any subsequent modifications to the approved design must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval.
