No objection to issuance of permit for proposed alterations to rear facade for three townhouses as shown in supplemental drawings dated 14 September 2007 which indicate projection over rear door only. No objection to brick garden walls as shown in supplemental drawings dated 14 September 2007. Recommend AGAINST proposed up-lighting of landscaping in front yards of townhouses. File separate submission of working drawings for gate and options for all-wood window selections (and sample), with permit application for review by the Commission when ready. Note: Because the application is pending final zoning review, any subsequent modifications to the approved design must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval.
