No objection to concept design for proposed two-story rear addition which will require the demolition of existing two-story rear additions, as shown in supplemental drawings dated 22 February 2008 and indicate a 10 1/2-inch setback of connector behind historic main block of the house. Recommend quoins added on the north facade be deleted. Existing historic quoins will be restored to original condition. No objection to relocation of driveway gates or to new wood siding.
